So what I do:

Get a bottle, a flexible one. Maybe a water bottle for example. Fill it with warm water, squat over the toilet. I press the bottle to my ass and squeeze some water it. Not loads, just enough. It shouldnt be uncomfortable. We're only cleaning our rectum. Once it has some water in....

Now. 1 You need a poo. So poo the poo out with the water at the same time. Itll feel weird because its water coming out your ass. But its mot a bad weird.

And now onto 2 Youve already pooped. So if you have no poo in there. Fill it with water anyway. Slide a finger up there. Lube up with spit or lube (you can only lube up with spit once). Slide it in and feel around. This is the icky part. There might be poop flakes up there or still smaller poos. So loosen them up and poop out the water.

Repeat water and flushing. Slide finger up there, see if there is more poo.

Keep repeating this until youre satisfied with how clean it is. Water running clear for example is good.

Make sure you clean around your ass and the toilet as well. The splashes and flushing is very messy. You might have sprayed poo on or under the toilet seat. And you might have some poopy water still on your ass.

After that. Youre ready.

Lube yourself up, start slow with 1 finger, then 2. Take it slow, stretching too fast will hurt like a sharp pain. I do it too fast all the time. If you do hurt, dont worry, the pain goes away fast, just pause for a moment.

Once lubed and loose enough for a dildo. You're alright to fuck yourself.

Inside the ass is pretty flexible and stretchy without pain. Dont hurt yourself though, if it feels weird, shift a little.

The lube will protect your asshole from getting roughed up too much. Make sure you use enough lube. Use lube. Use more lube. A little extra cant hurt.

Once you're done. You might fart out a bit of lube. I find that pretty sweet like "haha, i just had some good fuckin" almost like the dildo came in me.
