I’ve been doing pe for 7 months now. Mostly incorrectly. I’ve been doing more research lately after a minor injury. I’ve been doing interval pumping for the last month. I’ve gone down from my 2.1,2.3,2.5 pump routine to a 1.75, and 2. The 1.75 is a very tight squeeze. It’s just for warming up. It reduces even more inflammation. It’s like a clamp if that makes sense. I just ordered the 1.9. To give me an in between. I started with intervals then for some reason started doing longer and longer straight sets. Since I’m back to intervals and smaller tubes. My edema and inflammation has improved drastically. Wish I stayed the course. I probably would have made better gains. For whoever needs to hear this. Stay clear away from the inflammation pumpers they give horrible advice. You don’t want your d to have handprints whenever it’s touched. If I get 8” girth again it’ll be done the correct way. I’m over 6” of girth rn. After a good pump I’m at 6.5” girth 7.5”-8” length. I’ll stop here before this turns into an essay.
