…the one who floods my mind when I can’t sleep.
If I could just clear my senses I’m sure I could drift off, but I know me. When I get to this point where all I can think about is you, there is no turning back. I’ve started to type out a message to you over and over, but can’t bring myself to click “send.” I have questions, things I’d love to share, but mostly I just want you to hold me again. Even virtually, knowing your arms want to entwine around me again would be enough for me to find slumber tonight… maybe some day, but tonight won’t be that night. 😢
