Commissions

Thank you for your consideration, this form is for commissioning content from me.

I take Google Pay which goes to [email protected]. DO NOT PUT NOTES IN THE PAYMENT.

FIRST YOU MUST PAY ME (because it’s easy to just fill out a form and I don’t want to have wasted my time making something that doesn’t get paid for)

Limits (will not do these): Scat, Watersports, Age Play, Necrophilia.

Rate is $3/minute (you choose the audio length). FDOM is an extra flat charge of $10. If you want a name, it’s $15 more. If you want this audio to be exclusively yours and never posted anywhere else, add $30 to the total.

Audios can take anywhere from a few days to a week depending on how much is involved in the audio (I.E. sound effects, multiple characters and the like). Wait time will start after the payment goes through.

Leave contact information on this form where instructed. I CANNOT CONTACT YOU IF YOU DON’T GIVE ME A WAY TO DO SO.

Lastly:

The agreement you sign when you commission me:

1. It goes without saying you must be at least 18 years old to commission me, and the other aspects of legality regarding the transaction in your respective area are up to you to determine.

2. I retain the exclusive rights to the distribution, reproduction, or sale of my works in any form, meaning you must have my express permission for anything but personal use.

2b. If you provide a script for me to use in your audio (THIS SCRIPT MUST BELONG TO YOU AND COMMISSIONING ME MEANS YOU LEGALLY BIND YOURSELF TO CLAIMING THAT FACT), I will still own the entirety of the resulting audio. You will be granting me a commercial license for use of your script in exactly this one production. This means I am guaranteeing that you still own your script, but letting you know that whatever I do with the audio afterward is completely up to me. This is here to remove all confusion about what happens in the event that I do not produce content with an original script.

1. I reserve the right to post in publicly on GWA (or wherever) with the note that if it contains personal information (such as a name) I will remove it before posting.

2. Major last-minute changes won’t be accounted for. I can’t be finishing up an audio and then throw it away because you decided you wanted something else. What you put in for is what you will get, period.

3. I grant myself the ability to cancel any custom audio at any time for any reason. If you paid in advance, I will refund your money in this circumstance. This is a catch-all but it is something I’ll invoke very sparingly (hopefully never), so don’t let this scare you away.
