So we've been together 30 yrs this month; yeah, we were just kids really when we got together, and we want to stay somewhere nice and go out for dinner and pre dinner drinks...and after drinks too. We thought of somewhere on Mt Tamborine or either of the coasts, but think we like the options available in the city more. So can you help us out with some ideas for places to stay, drink and eat? Thinking we'd like to be able to walk everywhere from our room, or maybe take a citycat. I ate at a place at the bottom end of Oxford St once and it was a nice spot, so a citycat ride could be cool between pre dinner drinks and dinner. Can you help for a cool or dirty and bluesy cocktail bar and somewhere to eat?
