How to start ?

Listen to youself, go little by little, go with people who are used to it.

For instance :

Start not wearing a bra

Start being topless

Start feeling comfortable naked at your own home

Cover your parts with your arms before entering and after leaving the water

I feel uncomfortable with my body what can I do ?

Learn to see your body as a body, nothing sexual, feel the sun, the wind and the water touching it.

Learn to know that we all have parts of our body we like more than other parts, focus on those, and learn to love your imperfections.

Learn to work on your self-esteem, love every part of yourself, the good and bad parts. See that nody is perfect.

What do I do if somebody looks at me while naked ?

I just do my thing.

I only say something when I see them masturbate on me, as I think its not respectful
