Greetings, my degenerate Blessings on Reddit!

I... have had a lot going on. Firstly, I finally came home from Europe, but the trip was over 20 hours and left me sick, sore, and stinky so... I'm not in the best shape.

That, and... Well, I'm back to not feeling so chummy with Reddit. It's not you, it's me. I appreciate all 848 of you, I really do, but... Well, I'm doing better on other platforms. And more than that, I can actually earn money on other platforms.

Yes, I have attracted a few of you to personally commission me and haven't had a bad experience yet but... Well, to put it bluntly -- Reddit just doesn't have a lot to offer me. I've been here since 2019, and I'm still under 1k followers.

I have been working on projects behind the scenes, however. I have a special collab cooking and soon to be served on r/DarkSidePlayground , and I'm also in another massive VA collab for r/GoneWildAudio

But honestly... I told myself, that if the DSP collab post flops, I'll say my goodbyes to Reddit and drop out of the big VA collab.

Before I got overwhelmed with everything, I had a plan to make audios for YouTube on Mon, Weds, and Fri. Then audios for GWA and GWASapphic on Tues and Thurs. But now...

Well, I'm also on OhCleo and soon to be on Patreon. I could be posting one audio a week to both of those instead of Reddit, and make money and gain more followers while I do. Despite not posting to OhCleo in months, I still gain a follower every other day, whereas here on Reddit... Nothing. I also don't get any feedback for the most part.

So... Well. Let me think on what I do get with Reddit.

TLDR

I'm still in a very rocky relationship with Reddit, and feel like other platforms are nicer and more welcoming to me, while encouraging me to make money for all my work, which Reddit does not.

I got my start here, but I've never outdone my very first audio. While I could post dark content here on DSP, I could do the same thing on SubscribeStar and make money from it. I also would be doing only audios I *want* to make, not what others commission me to make.

So yeah... It's all on the DSP post whenever I can get it out. If it succeeds, I stick around. If not, sayonara. But I'll keep making content elsewhere. Just... Stop being a nasty degen Redditor. (No offense and late Rest in Peace to Eyeblech.)

I really wish I had gotten a similar experience here like I did on YouTube. Fans that comment on each post. Support for every audio I put out. People relating to and understanding my mental health issues. But YouTube is YouTube, and Reddit is... Reddit.
