You take a deep breath, and enter the building.
It's calmer than you expected. You're not really sure what you did expect. It looks a little like a medical reception or something, there's a counter with an absolute stunner of a woman sitting down, tapping away at her computer. You're instantly self-conscious. You don't like your looks. Never have. This body, this face- all you see when you look in the mirror are the inadequecies. You only came here because you were desperate, and the concept sounded... bearable. You just don't want to stay a virgin forever.
The woman looks up at you kindly, smiling. "How can I help you, hon?"
You blush furiously. Maybe this was the wrong place. The signs weren't clear, and you've never been here before, and what if you say something and she thinks you're a creep?
"Is this.. uhm. I booked something online for a, uh." Your mind is scrambling to find an innocuous excuse. "I have an appointment. For today. Now, actually."
She smiles kindly. "Oh, you must be our newbie! Welcome. I've verified your details and history on our online forms, but if I could just have your ID, I can give you the grand tour." You reluctantly pass over the ID (the picture is old, old enough that you still had long hair. You hate that picture). She takes it and taps away at her laptop for a moment longer, verifying your details. "Yep! You're all set. Come on in, follow me."
You nervously follow her as she takes you to the left of the desk. There's a door leading to a dimly lit hallway, a drastic change from the white openness of the reception. Photos of events and signatures line the walls, and everything has been done up in dark reds and blacks. "Over here is the lounge area, the largest room in the building. Here, through these doors." She takes you into a swinging door and you feel a little more relaxed. It's a bar... club... thing. You're not sure the technical distinction. But there's music, and some folks dancing, and a big bar with alcohol. The woman- you forgot to ask her name- leans over the bar and grabs a little stamp from the counter. She winks a hello to the bartender on duty, a skinny but short person of indeterminate gender dressed in a tough leather jacket and a full face of makeup with intricate eyeliner. You feel a little better knowing that this place isn't just for picture-perfect barbie models. This person is still attractive- but their face full of makeup and casual attitude put you at ease. There's more people like you here.
"This is our little Hole in the Wall, where guests come to relax and chat in a casual environment. There's drinks, music- sometimes we do comedy acts or other performances, those nights are a real treat. This is a safe area to connect with other people who enjoy the same things you do. There's more in the back, of course, but we're going to skip past those areas for now. You said on the online form that there was really only one place you're interested in, and if you ever change your mind, I'd be happy to show you around later. Mmkay?"
"Yes," you breathe out quickly. "Please. I don't really... I don't like my face.. uh. Being known. But this is... nice. I might come back here for a drink."
"Absolutely, honey. Whenever you're comfortable, you just come over to Fresno here and they'll set you up with something delicious. They've got a real talent for custom cocktails. I am just going to show you the 'patron' side of things for the wall, okay?"
The nice lady leads you through the curtains in the back rooms lining either side, strangely quiet- you like that. Quiet means good soundproofing. You're feeling a little bit better about this, but your legs still shake a little, heart pounding in your ears. You've getting closer. It's not long before you get to the room she wants to show you. It's empty right now, booked out for you. "This is our single room," She starts. "Soundproof, safe, and here's your list of no-go's, right here for 'patrons' to see. They won't mess with those if they know what's good for them. Come on, back this way- it's just one second to walk back to the waiting area." She leads you back out the curtains, through the bar, down the hallway again- and this time takes you down a shorter hallway to the right of the desk. A discrete label says only, 'Holes'.
"Now, we do have other options than the private room. There's the community rooms, which are a little cheaper, and they're usually a little more busy. For those with special interests we have the public toilets. But you made it clear you wanted anonymity, and thus," she swings a door open with a dramatic flair, "The private room it is." She takes you over to the hole, sweeping a curtian aside, and instructs you to undress. "To your comfort level," she says. Not much about this is comfortable, but you've come so far, so you slip off your big sweater and casual pants as she turns around, giving you some semblance of modesty. "Now I am going to have to turn around to strap you in- I just want to double check that you're okay, that you're still on board-"
"Yes, yes, just.. can I just get to it, please? Sorry, I just. Uh."
She chuckles. "I get it, sweetie. I was new once, too. These days I like to play both sides of the hole, but it took quite a while to be that comfortable."
You're quiet for a moment as she starts to strap you in. You hadn't even considered that someone like her would be using the hole. On either side. After all, what did she have to hide?
A new thought came crashing through. What if she was one of your 'patrons' today?
You weren't sure what to think of that, and by the time your brin turned back on, she was finished. Your arms were stretched behind you, locked onto the wall. Your thighs were pressed together as your ankles slipped outwards, feet caught on the other side of the wall. She had strapped an additional harness to your chest as a safety measure against arm strain, but you were well and truly stuck with your ass hanging out of the other side of this room.
"Right there, sweetie, feel that with your hands? There's three buttons there, for red, yellow, and green. Red is for Stop Immediately, that one calls me back into this room to make sure you're okay. Yellow is Slow Down. Maybe you're not sure what's happening, maybe you're not into it- that's when you press Yellow. Green, you press if you're okay again. Got it?"
You got it. She smiled as she left you. "Don't worry, sweetie. I know you'll love it. Someday you're gonna be just like me."
