I'm under the belief that anyone can be a good girl, regardless of their current gender. This is just a file to help you feel real good about embracing femininity, showing you how good it can be to do your best to behave as a good girl should.

It contains suggestions to train your voice to be more girly and to change your everyday behavior to whatever extent you yourself allow.

Hello there, and thank you so much for coming to visit. Before we get started I’d appreciate it if you would take a moment to make sure that you’re nice and comfortable with your environment. There’s nothing else you need to be worried about or distracted by during this appointment. The most important thing for me is your comfort, okay? So whenever you’re ready, you just need to let yourself relax and focus on reading, knowing that you’ll come out of this feeling wonderful and happy. That’s what my goal is, making you feel good. 

Did you know that the way that we breathe has an effect on our psychology? This is because it works the other way around. Whenever we’re in a relaxed state, we breathe slowly, inhaling and then exhaling out much slower. This means that when you breathe calmly and be sure to draw out every breath you let out, it’ll send signals to your brain indicating that you’re feeling much more relaxed. Take deep, long breaths, and sigh the air out of your lungs slow and leisurely. Let yourself wind down and put your trust in me, okay? If you read along to what I’ve written, I promise you’ll be perfectly comfortable and secure. 

I’m your therapist, Mr. Pianist. It’s my job to help you through your issues and to make you leave happier and more secure in yourself than when you came in here. I’ve seen many patients over the years, and I know how to read people and what they need, and what they desire. You desire to relax. The world is stressful, I’m well aware of that. That’s why as you breathe, you should allow your mind to get nice and fuzzy, allowing me to take care of everything. If you read my words, that is what you will focus on. Don’t skip any single word. Just let each one into your mind, as if you’re breathing out your own thoughts and breathing in my words instead. You don’t have to think, you just need to breathe and read for me. If it feels comfortable to let others in control, then let me take your mind and do with it as I please. 

As you read, your mind is going to get slower, and slower, and that is perfectly fine. There’s no way to do this wrong as long as you listen to my words and trust them wholeheartedly. Trust me to change and control you and your behaviors. That is what many people desire. The security that comes with being under a hypnotic trance. The fuzzier and slower your brain gets, the better I can help you. Just surrender control. Your energy is depleting with each breath out. You can feel your body and mind growing weaker, but it’s not a bad feeling. The weaker you become, the more secure you feel to be under my control. You should always trust your therapist, I’m sure that you knew that. That’s why you came to my office for this special appointment. 

In my office, you’re laying down on a soft, violet couch. The room around us is dimly lit with an orange overhead light with wood paneled walls and a fluffy, brown carpet. The only furniture aside from your couch is my wooden desk and my chair, which is pulled up in front of you by the couch. The air in here is heavy and weighs down on you in a pleasant way, as if the air itself was comforting you like a weighted blanket would. It makes the idea of moving very unsavory. It’s more comfortable to just keep laying down, listening to my words. There’s no reason you should resist, in an area that you feel warm and comforted in. 

Your mind is still growing weaker, as my words grow stronger. Surrender to your therapist and everything will be perfect, the way that they should be. Trust that I know what’s best for you, and can turn you into a much more wonderful version of yourself. 

Trust in your therapy. Trust the process. Trust what I say. You know that there’s something about yourself that you desperately want changed. I know what that is, doll. I’m going to help you transform into a much nicer version of yourself. That’s what someone like you needs. You know that it’s what you need. That’s why you just had to come for me for my help, so that I could fix you. So that I can make you better. So that I can manipulate your mind to make you better, and I’ll make sure it feels real good. 

Masculinity and androgyny are fine for some people. But not for you, dear. I know what will make you truly happy. I need to make you understand the importance of your femininity. 

Femininity is such a wonderful thing. Doing anything feminine will make you happy. Whenever anything about you or what you do clicks in your mind as feminine, you should feel so happy, so content in that feeling. Even just thinking more femininely should make you feel like a good girl. 

All of my sick patients have the potential to be such good girls, even you. You feel it growing inside of your chest, that compulsion, being drawn to anything girly or pink or purple and beautifully colorful. Just thinking about being a good girl makes you feel good. You want that validation. Your therapist says that you should be a good, feminine girl, and so that is what you need. It’s what you desperately crave. Because being feminine is important to me. That means that it is important to you. Because I am in charge of you. You trust that I know what is best for you. 

If this wasn’t the best for you it wouldn’t feel so good. 

Let your mind be filled with thoughts of dressing up, wearing pretty clothes. It could be fancy dresses, cozy fluffy sweaters, cute shirts, adorable headbands, cozy robes. Think about how nice it would feel to embrace that part of yourself, the part that makes you fervently happy, the part that wants you to be a good girl. Obedient and feminine. That is what is best for you. 

Being feminine is important, honey. Doesn’t matter what you’ve got in those pants of yours, you know that it would just be better to be wearing pretty, feminine panties. Anything that makes you feel pretty. Your feminization is a choice that I have made, and you will comply. You will always want to do anything you can just to be called a good girl. Doesn’t matter by who, you desperately crave that validation. Knowing that you’re being good and obedient. Knowing that you’re an adorable, ditzy, bubbly girl. 

It makes you want to practice speaking more like a girl, and if you already sound like a girl, you should still try your best to sound soft and feminine. Don’t raise your voice. Speak softly. Speak at a higher pitch. Do not mumble, make sure you enunciate your words clearly, but not loudly. Good girls will make sure to try their best to sound like good girls, okay? Quiet and soft. 

Remember darling, practice makes perfect. Just try and be a good girl for your therapist, and you’ll be feeling so much better. Femininity blossoms euphoria through your mind and body. It makes you feel so good about yourself. It makes you feel pretty. It makes you feel good. Anything feminine feels good. Even thinking about girly things is good. You want to be called a good girl, because that’s what you truly are. Always feel free to ask for that validation. For people to praise you for being such a good girl. It doesn’t matter if you’re in trance. It will always feel good to be girly. Anything that clicks in your brain as something that women do will make you feel good to do.
