I am doing some research and this certain character I have seen before fits the description. The only problem is; I have never seen the TV show or movie; only images on the internet.

The character has a white face or blue tinted face with strong facial features. Dark eyes with no whites (if I’m not mistaken) and wears a hooded robe. I’m not sure of the color of the robe.

No I’m not talking about the group that starts with the letter ‘K’ either.

The character is obviously male and I’m pretty sure the show or movie is fiction. However I’m not sure if the character is from a cartoon, a CGI animation, or just in really good costume and makeup.
