Abilities: Kartal has special goggles called the SVGs when activated any enemy who moves will have their feet shown through the walls only to for 7 seconds but if he looks through his scope, he can see the whole outline of their body, also while they’re active he can see explosions and gunshots through walls. He can do this twice it has a 15 second cooldown.

Background: Kartel grew up in the poor side of Urfa with 4 older brothers who he wasn’t really liked by. His mother and father had to work 3 jobs each just to survive. When Kartel was 13 he finally was able to go to school, even though he hadn’t been to school at all before that he excelled in almost every subject at 18 he went to Police University on a scholarship, and at 21 he graduated and started training for the POH.

In training he met Firtina and they became fast friends even though she was from a rich family. In a training accident Firtina damaged Kartels eyes so much he was almost blinded. His vision was still very blurred so to make up for it, Firtina built him some special goggles to make up for it these gave him perfect vision (which earned him the nickname Kartel). Kartel built onto them and by the time his training had ended he made them able to visualise sound waves.

Notes: “Kartel is a fun guy, though he is very serious about getting the objective done he does not want to focus on anything else than getting the job done. I can respect that. Even though he can get out of hand with it, he’ll start shouting at us if we do one thing wrong. Outside of training he is very friendly, he has great morale. He doesn’t turn down a drink either, I remember one day he got so wasted he tried to jump off a bridge “for science”. He has a great leader personality able to come up with strategies on the spot”-Olivier "Lion" Flament

Psychological report: Eymen “Kartel” Osman is a great strategist and leader. He is highly admired by his comrades, because of his really happy personality. He does have anger issues though, it’s very apparent during training scenarios. He is very gullible and will fall for the simplest pranks.

Training: Kartel excelled in training with a 96% gun accuracy and amazing endurance, but being injured early in training did stop him training for a week which did hurt his final score. But when he came back with those fancy goggles he was back to normal. I still feel uneasy about that event.
