Can't block youtube masthead-ad

As the title says, for some reason, the div masthead-ad on youtube can't be blocked. Cosmetic filtering is enabled but it never goes into element picker mode. Tried adding it manually to the filter list which can't be saved either. Chrome version is 75.0.3770.100
Not sure if this is an extension issue or google pushed a change which cripples ubo.
EDIT: Switched to dev build which is working good ATM.
