Question about Y2Q2 drop

Hye guys,
I'm in Y2Q2 and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to leave the entire engg faculty. I just had a trash final.
I wanted to ask that is it mandatory to do the fresh start program if you have to leave engg after Y2Q2 fail?
