Looking for understanding what Y2Q2 is.

Hey guys I'm in first year engg and I wanted to know what exactly y2q2 is. My GPA is sitting at exactly a 1.99 from first sem and I have a strong feeling that it might sit there or maybe even go down a bit(Not a lot like down to a 1.97 at most).
I've been reading up on the y2 q2 on the website but I still don't get it. If there's anyone who can help me understand it who has maybe done it would be a great help. I'm really stressing here.
