"Taken" credits?

What exactly does "Taken" mean? It says I have 111 Taken, so that should mean I only need 9 more to graduate, but does that mean the courses i have already taken, or the ones I am currently taking?
Like, say I have 4 classes this semester, does that add on to the 111 for a total of 123 by end of winter term or is the 111 the final number for end of winter term? 🙃
