I know this is a bit of an unconventional post, but finding someone who gets what itās like to have chronic illness is difficultā¦
Iām a 34-year-old gay male from Maryland, USA looking for another gay male to get to know with the hope of forming a long term relationship, but Iād be happy just being friends if we donāt match romantically.
I struggle with chronic pain and other health issues, so Iām limited with what activities I can do. Because of this, I need a guy who has similar issues or who is sure he could be with someone with them. My health issues have currently stopped me from working and make daily living difficult. I was a teacher for six years and I have a bachelorās degree.
Iām a very affectionate person, both verbally and physically, and Iām also out. I would need my significant other to be these things, too, and not be afraid to be seen with me and express casual affection in public. Iād consider myself a āsideā rather than a top or bottom. Iām white, short, bearded and bald. Direct, open, honest, and consistent communication is essential. You must enjoy deep conversations and introspection, but also have a sense of humor and playfulness, too. Must be willing to share a face pic of ourselves early in our communication to know if there is physical attraction.
Iām more of an introverted person: I enjoy hanging out with a couple people, but I need space away from others (besides my significant other) to recharge after social situations. I like low-key activities when health allows like: collecting, thrifting, watercolor painting, visiting museums, parks, and historic sites, reading, watching documentaries (okay, and also YouTube and some trash TLC, too!), and spending time with my family.
If this piqued your interest, feel free to send me a message!
