So I’ve learned from this sub a lot, including how important it is to be low carb as a T2D. I’ve found the Mission Carb Balance tortillas along with the FlatOut wraps are low carb, alongside things such as Atkins bars and Quest Chips (for when I want a snack/quick bite). However, I am struggling to find low carb bread! I live in Iowa which is basically a food desert if you don’t want to eat pork and corn all the time. I spent probably ten minutes in the bread aisle at Walmart yesterday and got so depressed trying to find ANY bread that is low carb. Anyone know of some brands I should look for? I don’t wanna become one of those people who is scared to eat anything with carbs in it but I definitely want a lower carb option for regular bread (I love sandwiches as a lunch option for work/quick dinner). Any tips or pointers would be appreciated.
