What’s a good replacement for chips?
Post Body

So I have a major problem with eating chips and similar things like crackers/popcorn. I am wondering if there is something safe that I can eat that satisfies that salty/crunchy craving? I know I eat too many carbs so I want to cut that down, sugar isn’t necessarily a problem for me as I can avoid that but the salty crunchy addiction is much stronger.

I’m going to see a diabetes specialist next Thursday. I feel so lost on what I can and cannot eat. I just finished moving so I haven’t had time to focus on my health and I feel so defeated. Only was diagnosed back in March but my A1C was 11.3 and I was going to the gym until I fell at the gym and fractured my sacrum.
