Okay, it’s not a HUGE difference and it’s still not great but I went from 7.7 to 7.0 :D I’m so happy!! I feel better in general also. It’s so encouraging to see/feel changes and see stuff like this. I hope I can get it down even further to a normal level soon 🙏 I just wanted to share because I was so happy and proud of myself for getting it down LOL have a good day everyone!
