My a1c went up because I haven't been eating well. Now, I'm not eating very much because I am depressed. I don't have an appetite and today I felt like I was starving all day. Today, I did make an effort to drink lots of water (I have also been dehydrated). Tbh I am just tired and want to tap out, this is exhausting Idk I guess just ideas on what I could eat without really eating because forcing myself to eat makes me feel more sick sometimes. Like I don't feel like drinking or chewing sometimes. I also get full so very fast now it feels like, but when I am starving, it feels it takes hours to go away. I just need some advice how to make it easier for me when I am struggling
