Post Body

So back in late January I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was super depressed about but decided sitting around wouldn’t help. My A1C was 10.5 starting out , today I can say my a1c is 6.5 and I’m down about 30 pounds. Life has been a lot better, and I found it easier to take things slow. Now I’m just kinda cruising on by just watching how much I eat and completing dropping all soda and bread. Any ways if anyone was just diagnosed please don’t look at this in a negative light. Look at it in a new lease of life and change for the better. Thanks
