I’d say mid 20’a-mid 40’s was average for the past few times we’ve been to yoga. There have been some younger maybe and some older than that but seems to be a little bit younger crowd than the weekends.

It depends how crowded it is. If there are a ton of people, it’ll go into the back area as there is more space, but typically it’s in the front. Once the yoga is done, you are free to go into the back and play and enjoy yourself.
