Looking forward to tonight, we’re going to get there likely around 10-10:30.
A few tips.
It’s couples and singles night only.
Ring the doorbell, they’ll let you in.
Go upstairs, check in and pay (it’s about $200 and worth it)
Bring your own drinks, they’ll have sodas and mixers.
They provide a locker with a key you carry on a band to put your stuff in.
Arrive at 10 for it to be less busy at first.
It’s a relaxed environment with chairs, tables, barstools, couches, dance floor, DJ, bar, and they provide snacks/food.
The main lobby/dance floor is great for beginners. The playroom is available as soon as they let you in. Usually most people start going back to the playroom around 11, sometimes a little later.
Many people will actually arrive around 11-12, that’s when it’s most busy in our experience.
Anticipate to be there for hours. We’ve gone multiple times and thought we’d stay for an hour and ended up being there from 10-2 or 10-3.
Respect everyone there. If someone says no, it means no. Yes means yes. Don’t touch others without asking permission. We haven’t experienced this ourselves after going 4-5 times but just be aware if you’re new.
I’d say it’s approx 70% watching, showing. Whilst the other 30% are soft/hard swap. Ask people what they’re comfortable with.
Many women, in our experience, are bi or bi curious BUT you don’t have to be. Straight women are absolutely acceptable. Most men we’ve seen are straight, but again it’s up to whoever is playing.
If you see us there, say hi. I’m 34M and 6ft, she’s 29F and 5’4. I’ll likely wear all black. She’s getting a new dress. We go by J&J.
