Obsession vs Twin flame bond

Being in a twin flame bond myself and being a part of this sub I am a little concerned that some people may be confusing unhealthy obsession with a twin flame bond. Sometimes the runner simply isn’t interested in you and you have built this up to be more then it is and so wasting energy. So I guess the discussion I’m trying to encourage is how would you differentiate the two?
