Adding images to tagged passages

Hi everyone,
I'm working with harlowe and trying to do something that is apparently very simple, but I'm not sure how to do.
I want to add an image to all passages with a certain tag. This is not a background image, but rather an image that should be placed over the main text. I'm sure there's a way to do this by using the tags in the stylesheet (like one would do with a background image), but I don't know how. Any suggestions?
