Sugarcube 2.0; How to replace choices with text?

Say I have the following list of links
[Green]
[Blue]
[Red]
I can use the <<linkreplace>> macro to make it so that when you click on Blue, it will change it to :
[Green]
Some Text.
[Red]
But how do I make it so that the other choices disappear after I've clicked on one of them?
