I mean, it honestly seems a bit dramatic to call it a hurricane, but who am I to argue with the tabloids? I live about a 5 minute walk from the Channel on the south west coast, so right in the hardest hit area. My poor neighbours downstairs have already had to pile up sandbags as the basement flats on the street are flooding from the rising groundwater!
Anyway, since it's been at least 4 months since I watched all the movies, it seems like this is clearly a sign that I need to rewatch! I'm heavily doped up on antibiotics and painkillers which have made me feel quite loopy, over emotional and/or giggly (and have some VERY vivid, strange dreams!) for the past few days, so I think I'm going to have quite a fun night, providing I don't get too weepy over certain scenes or songs. I fully intend to watch the 'Daddy Carlisle sewing up Bella's arm whilst crackling with sexual tension, the desperately erotic and impossible hotness, flawless beautiful Greek god of the entire series scene'. It's likely that after seeing that part for a few times I won't even notice Bella outside (just like in the scene, lol!)
Hope anyone else who's in the vicinity of the storm manages to keep themselves, their pets, and their property safe and sound! In the last round of storms this year it appeared that garden furniture, particularly trampolines, were taking it upon themselves to move house, my sincere wish for this one is that my next door neighbour's extremely irritating wind chimes get blown away as far as possible - preferably all the way to Normandy!
this post was brought to you by the weirdness that is a cocktail of medication, sleep deprivation, and light-headedness from having very little appetite for days! 🤪🥰🤪
