I’m reading the books for the first time and I just read the part in Eclipse where Jacob kisses Bella, and honestly I’m kind of disturbed? In the movie Bella doesn’t like it either, but this description of it just takes it to a whole new level for me. It is so obviously over aggressive & unwanted:

“I started to object, but it was too late.”

“He kissed me angrily, roughly, his other hand gripping tight around the back of my neck, making escape impossible.”

“I grabbed at his face, trying to push it away, failing again. He seemed to notice this time, though, and it aggravated him. His lips forced mine open, and I could feel his hot breath in my mouth.”

I didn’t dislike Jacob before this. Was he a little annoying and whiny ? sure. But after this I really, really dislike him. He always swears that he wants Bella to be safe and happy but he was forcing soemthing on her that she didn’t want ???? how am I gonna put up with him through BD?
