Hello fellow readers,
I have contacted customer service today in regards to a trip that was canceled on me. Asking for a compensation or something.
The situation: Host cancel the trip a week before trip starts. Total was $750 USD . Thus, I had too book a similar vehicle that was $1900 USD … $1000 more than anticipated.
Yes, I could cancel the current vehicle, but refund takes 15 days and my trip is in 7 days. Contacted cx today and they gave me the phone number to the road side assistance. Not much help either.
