I rented a Tesla for 5 days. The rental was supposed to be dropped off to me at 10:30 am at the airport. The host messaged me 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting and said she needed to charge the Tesla. 45 minutes later, she finally makes it to the airport. When I got inside the vehicle, I noticed the vehicle was only charged to 50 percent. It was supposed to come with a full charge. She parked the vehicle in the middle of airport traffic and left. Once she left, I got inside the vehicle when I noticed the car would not move or drive. The Tesla card/key that she left did not work so now I am in a vehicle that's half charged and also doesn't work with the keycard provided. 45 more minutes later, I finally receive a message telling me to download the Tesla app so I can be sent a invite in order to use my phone as a key. Major inconvenience. How would you rate your host?
