Early return fee?
Post Body

When I made the reservation I had a return time of 9am. I knew I would be earlier but like to allow myself wiggle room. I texted the host the day prior that I would be dropping the car off (airport drop off) around 6:30am (my though being I didn’t want to disturb the host at that time in the morning if I could help it.). The host was fine with that and everything seemed in order.
Later that day (after I dropped it off) I get an invoice for the parking garage (from the host) for $30. They still picked the car up after 9 and are charging me for 2 hours of parking. Not that much but still kind of annoying; I definitely feel like I’m getting nickel and dimed. This is leaving a bit of a bad taste in my mouth for a few reasons; -I had paid over $100 to have the car dropped off and ended up paying another $15 in parking to get it out of the lot. -the car had an annoying service needed light/warning on the entire stay (it was 500 miles overdue for service at time of pickup) -warning light that the brake pads needed to be checked -warning light that the key fob battery needed to be replaced -there was a small spider crack in the windshield that wasn’t noted (and I didn’t notice until after I pulled into the sun).

Anyways I just was seeing if I’m being crazy to expect that the fee I paid should be covering this parking (or at least part of?). What’s a reasonable expectation?

All my other Turo rentals have been pretty good this one just a bit subpar. (The host is also a super host as well). Also should note that this was nice newish European luxury/sports car)

Thanks for any input.
