So, my last renter took my car to Canada (from NY) and back in 3 days. The car was spotless when rented but was returned extremely dirty all around, including the front 2 carpet. I guess there were salt and snow on the canadian roads. I had to get the car washed at a car wash to get all the dirt and grime out. I have the following questions,

1. Do I charge the guest for the wash, considering the rental fetched only $128 for 3 days and I had to shell out $25 for the car wash?
2. The rental included 750 miles but the actual miles were 866, so, will Turo automatically calculate the additional 116 miles and charge the rental the additional $22.04 ($0.19x116)? As of now, I dont see the amount reflected in the Total Earnings, which is at originally quote of $128.
3. The my EZ-TollNY account showed only the exit and re-entry on Throgs neck bridge toll of $6.55 until yesterday but today added the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge toll of $5.75. So,
   1. Are these the only tolls on the way to Canada or other tolls would keep adding with every passing day?
   2. If it takes a couple of days for the tolls to be finalize on my account, how will Turo charge all these tolls to the renter?
