Bluetooth adapter?

Hi folks! This may not be the best place to ask this, as it’s actually about my stereo receiver, but i can’t think of anywhere else at the moment. I have an older stereo receiver (Technics SA-EX140), and I have my speakers wired into it directly. It plays from my turntable, obviously, but I was wondering if anyone knows a way to get some type of bluetooth reciever that will let me play music from my phone through the speakers. If anyone has a better place for this question, please let me know!
