Protrusion distance for Kelton Multi-Grind?

I just bought a Kelton Multi-Grind from kijiji but it didn't come with a manual and I can't find anything on Kelton's website. It's Saturday in NZ so I'm assuming that if I email them, I won't hear back until next week.
