Harvey t-40 vs laguna 1524

Just curious if anyone has any experience with the Harvey t-40 with servo motor vs the 1.5hp laguna 1524?
Harvey t-40 has servo motor provides enough torque and power to equal that of a 3hp motor runs on 230v no steps/pulleys. 60-4300 rpm On its own weighs 175lbs. No weight on optional cast iron legs but I imagine they are really heavy
The laguna is 1.5hp 110v, 3 step pulley system. Total weight w stand 288 lbs - 50-4200 rpm
