Hello community! I need your advice before starting the process...
Here's the topo: I've lost some weight in the last years. I've been up to 235 lbs, I'm now around 185-190 lbs. I've always had body issues, but I've never thought about getting a surgery because, well, men's plastic surgery is kinda taboo and I've always felt it was like "cheating", that I could only loose some weight and it would be OK. In my teens I've worked hard to loose some weight by exercising more, but it never worked: it's like my body doesn't listen to the signals, but it seems that naturally, by eating healthy and just living my life, I've been able to loose 40 pounds... Since then I haven't workout much since it never gave me results... And though I don't have a women's breast like a women, the extra skin and stomach fat makes me understand how exercising with big boobs can feel like, and there's no sports bra for the belly to make it easier 😅
With time, that extra skin is getting on my nerve. I feel more comfortable in my body than I was, but it's hard finding clothes that are comfortable and good looking... And I'd feel even more comfortable in a flatter body.
So the last yeah, I've thought more and more about Tummy Tuck. But on surgeons websites, it's hard to find pictures of male tummy tuck, and even more of men of my body type getting one.
From what you can see, do you think I'm a good candidate for it? Should I loose more weight before starting the process for it? I'd probably go for a TT with lipo for love handles and a bit on the stomach, as well as the pubic area.
Thanks in advance!
