I'm 11 weeks post OP - I've been going to physical therapy since week 6 and working out every single day.

I feel amazing and I am really really happy with how I look and everything but I am so confused by the scale. I've been doing serious muscle building and finally have real muscle for the first time in my life - but how is it possi ke that I weigh a good 5-6Kilo more than I did before surgery.

I understand that muscle weighs more than fat. I get it. And I fit comfortably into my clothing and I really like how I look. I just not getting the scale
