This is my first time posting here.
A while ago, I've activated the 2-step verification thingy on Tumblr via Google's Authenticator.
Later on, I was forced to delete it to make room for a game; don't judge me, I've been gaming since I was about five years old.
Of course, the (automatically generating) codes for logging into Tumblr were gone with it.
I know the email address with which I use it, and I also found its corresponding password.
But not the authentication code! See above.
I've asked them - via the Support thingy on the login screen - to help me, time and time again.
And time and time again, their response was the same, robotic almost: go disable it yo'self!
However, and here's the catch: to get to that part, you must first log in...along with the authentication code!
Now, I've asked them to send me another code, preferably via a text message.
But this time, however, it's as if they've turned to stone; as I've got no reply.
If you ask me, it's seems as though they care more about making profit rather than helping their users, and keeping them happy.
What should I do, guys; and, if you can't tell by now, I'm at my wit's end...?
