Before I came out as trans many women I met tried to be friends with me just so that they had the vanity of a “gay best friend”. This was very difficult to navigate and made me weary about the relationships that I had, so I don’t think this sounds dumb at all.
Men suck.
Not because all men suck but because enough of them do that women have to be cautious about their actions and what they wear 24/7
