Post Body

So i got this car on 11/22/22, i noticed that the car would shake or jerk while i was driving but i figured at first it was just bc its a old used car (2010 Chevy Equinox) and has to get used to driving daily again. On 11/27/22 i was running errands and the car started shaking again but this time very badly, enough to where i knew this couldnt just be the car settling. So i pulled over to QT and after a few minutes i decided to just try to make it home since i live less than a mile down the street. Well at a red light i notice smoke coming from my left from tire. I checked to make sure it wasnt coming from the hood and it wasnt, only my tire. Today, 11/28 i took it to Hibdon Tire Shop and was quoted $2200 for brake rotors, a hose, new tires, and a plethora of other things. My cars warranty conveniently doesnt cover any of the work i need done so its all gonna have to come from me. If anyone can provide some tips or reliable and reasonably prices mechanics around the area it would literally save my life!
