How can I contact Laureate by email?

Every "contact us" link on their site leads to a 404, except for one..which has a 918 number. I live in Italy now and I cannot call that number without it being very expensive and at a weird time of day for me. I need to contact their records dept by email...I just want to get a copy of my tx history. Does anyone have any idea what to do? Please help, it's pretty important to me but I do not want to spend 50 euros for a phone call!
