Stupid lawnmower

Hello fellow tulsans Bought this sucker last year and I only used it twice. Has the "No choke" feature. I cannot get this thing to run. Tried using starter fluid and that got it to start but it won't stay running. At this point I'm guessing it's a dirty carberator. Is cleaning the carberator an easy fix for someone whose never done it? Or does anyone have a recommendation on someone who can fix this for me? Any input is greatly appreciated.
