Changes in the application(still possible?)

So I applied at the Pröpadeutikum course since i was only B2 at that time (i'm an international student). And today I passed TELC C1 HOCHSCHULE. So I'm wondering if it's possible to change that course to a regular bachelor degree course (it will be my first semester here if that matters). If someone had the same case as me, tell me what did you do? And who should I contact in the TUB administration to make sure if can do this or not?
