So im not sure if this is the right place or if there would be a better group but we are all on the same journey here and hopefully someone has the same or similar to me. Since beginning of Feb iv been having cramps for most of the month outwith menstruation and ovulation. But I was on nexplanon contraception and had it removed March 4th. I had a light period 9th march for 3 days. Tracking ovulation using premom app.

I have cramps of variaying degrees throughout the month, some are light and last a couple days. Sometimes it's quite heavy and lasts a week or two. I'm keeping a journal of it to show my doctor cause I feel I shouldn't be cramping this much/often.

Does anyone else have this or similar? Is it a sign of pcos or endo?
