Is dry skin or skin sensitivity a early pregnancy sign??

So I'm waiting on a blood test to find out if pregnant or what going on. But I was just wondering, ive been having relaly dry hands lately and some type of rash on both hands (idk what's going on tbh), But I work at a grocery store as a baggerr. So you know we have to like wash your hands a lot, use hand sanitizer, etc...and today, Specifically, I've noticed that using hand sanitizer and even lotion was making my hand burn really bad and i was having to wash them right after. Anyone else pregnant and have that early on??
