Tech support is non existent. You open that support and the email you a few days later with some questions but when you reply the email is not monitored and bounces back.

To be clear, I have a very fundamental understanding of crypto networks and wallets.

Posting here looking for help with $ATOM currently in Trust Wallet. I can't tell if tokens have been stolen or just in a place that I'm not aware of, or know where it could have went. As I'm currently waiting for 19 tokens to be unstaked, I had about 14 bonus tokens that I redeemed from the staking process that weren't staked.

Here is what I did, and what appears to have happened:

1. Claimed a reward of STAKED 14.4 $ATOM

2. I initiated a swap 14.4 $ATOM to $ETH. I didn't transfer or send, just a swap. No destination address was asked for or given.

3. $ETH never appeared

4. The transaction appeared as a transfer sent to this wallet, which isn't mine: cosmos1l0pena6hdghwa4klfx5vlcs74xw9syyfphlxh0

Checking that mintscan link, that wallet received a bunch of $ATOM from a few days before my transaction and within a day after had transferred everything out into a few different places.

I checked the history of that wallet and a few of the destinations and pretty much have all indicated something about staking hub with memo of "MIGRATE" or something.

So without intimate knowledge of tokens and swap/transfer process, it appears to me that this is either some kind of transfer as part of the unstaking process and I just don't know where the tokens went as part of this process or somehow trustwallet either fucked up or can't be trusted and somehow my account was compromised and they sent this to some fucker. They have zero support.

I haven't tried repeating the process but I did successfully transfer some $ATOM to my crypto.com wallet.

Any insight? Gone?
