Good places to get some scrub tier HL experience?

Hi! I'm starting to put together a HL team out of some mates of mine and I won't sugar coat it, we're pretty bad. A lot of our number have never played competitively before so we want to get as much practice playing in a competitive environment as possible, however half of us don't have the 500 hours needed to join lobbies on TF2 Centre. Are there any other websites or groups you can recommend for shit tier HL matches? Should probably mention that we're in Europe if that matters. Thanks.
