Because I couldn't find any good roamer rollouts for cp_sunshine, I made my own.
Here's a video of the rollout, and me using it in a few scrims.
It's a fast rollout -- I get to mid around the same time as Demo, but since I get no heals I generally get to clock tower with around half health. From there I bomb enemy choke as the combo walks through it.
The goal isn't to get out alive or even to get any picks; it's just to put out enough damage to delay the combo significantly. It works pretty well. It's almost guaranteed that I'll be able to shoot at least two rockets, and since there's so little room for the combo to maneuver it's basically a guaranteed 100 damage on Pocket and Medic (I also almost certainly die).
I've found that most Meds generally play really passively after the bomb. A lot of times they don't even try to go through choke and just hold back near second until their health regens. In the mean time, their scouts and demo are easy pickings on mid if my team plays off their health advantage. In scrims it basically gave us mid for free a few times.
I was confident enough in it to use it in Wednesday's match a few times, and it worked well enough.
Thoughts on it? Is it worth sacrificing the Roamer so early in the midfight? Any ideas on how to improve it?
