Share VPN for multiple apps?

Post Body

Can I share 1 VPN connection to multiple apps/charts (TrueCharts specifically)? I use a private VPN provider that limits the number of clients, so I want to locally bundle up apps into 1 connection. Is there a way I could map apps to use a wg1 instead of the physical default Ethernet NIC? And can an app provide this interface, so I don't have to modify the base system?

I could use wg-easy to host a server, and connect each app as clients, and connect the server as a client to the remote peer as the default route. But then the CPU is encrypting/decrypting the same traffic multiple times.

Edit: wg-easy is very railroaded into being a server, and not using a peer as the default route. Not usable for this.
