Area i live in electric prices are high and we live in a small home where putting a loud server is out of the question well im ok with it but my wife would definitely lose her sanity. I have a spare HP elite desk which i thing is more than enough to do what i want host a nas for light use for us, unifi controller and a proxymanager. so my question is since the pc has a m.2 and SATA can i have the os on the m.2 and get a dual m.2 to sata drive like in the link below and run it on raid 1, if not can truenas be used with USB drives if so can i get a USB to nas enclosure if so is there any USB nas enclosures any one can recommend preferby for m.2 rather than sata
